`Receipts` describes the different states of sent messages.

| wait | Value describing the in-progress state of the sent message |
| sent | Value describing the successfully sent state of the sent message |
| delivered | Value describing the delivered state of the sent message |
| read | Value describing the read state of the sent message |
| error | Value describing the error state of the sent message |
